Running a flash file in chrome just downloads

Dec 17, 2015 I googled it time and again and the answer is that it's a Flash file??? Chrome supports Flash 'out of the box' (and it is working fine for me) other browsers around, you could try downloading the file and running directly in Flash Player. link (.swf) it just downloads as a funny file and I still can't open it.
